What we collect and why

When you send a form or request a course or book, we save your name, email, optional phone and WhatsApp numbers, selected country, service or item, message, order status and time. We also save the source page, form placement, campaign tags, referrer without its query string, IP address, user agent, approximate device/browser information and reported timezone. We use these details to respond, provide access, investigate abuse and understand the request. Matching email or phone details can show related enquiries to our owner; we do not treat a match as proof of identity.

Country and approximate location

We may send your public IP address to api.country.is to suggest a country and calling code. You can override the country dropdown. If enhanced location lookup is enabled, ipapi.co may receive the IP to estimate a city or region. Location may be wrong or unavailable; we do not request GPS location. Disabling automatic lookup still allows manual country selection.

Service providers and access

The website is hosted on Hostinger. Google reCAPTCHA checks form submissions. FormSubmit sends enquiry notifications to our administrative email addresses. Replies are sent through our configured email provider. If enabled, Google Analytics or Tag Manager measures visits. Approved card payments are processed on the payment provider’s hosted checkout; card numbers are not collected by this website. Manual bank-transfer details are used to review payment. These providers may process information in other countries under their own policies.

Storage and choices

Essential session cookies support security and owner login. This browser can remember your country and private learning-access links in local storage. Anyone with a private access link can access its item; do not share it. Clearing browser storage removes the saved link from that browser. Enquiries and orders remain in private administrative records while needed for support, learning access, accounting or security. Backups may retain earlier copies for their configured retention period. Contact us for access, correction, deletion or a question about retention. We will review requests and any recordkeeping obligations before acting.

Learners and guardians

If you are below the age at which you can consent to these services in your location, ask a parent or guardian to contact us. Do not submit sensitive identity documents, health information or payment-card details through an enquiry form.
